How is the KLOW Stack Used in Research?
The KLOW combination adds a fourth anti-inflammatory mechanism to the three compounds of the GLOW stack.
GHK-Cu - a copper-binding tripeptide investigated for copper-dependent signaling, collagen and elastin expression, and dermal matrix remodeling.
BPC-157 - a pentadecapeptide studied as a probe for angiogenic and cytoprotective signaling in connective tissue models.
TB-500 - a thymosin beta-4 fragment studied for actin regulation, cell migration and wound-closure kinetics.
KPV - the C-terminal alpha-MSH (11-13) tripeptide studied for melanocortin-linked anti-inflammatory signaling, including PepT1-mediated uptake in mucosal models.
No published trial has evaluated the four compounds in combination; the grouping reflects how they are described together in the research literature rather than a validated protocol.
Reconstitution and Handling
Each compound is supplied as a separate lyophilized vial, which allows independent reconstitution volumes and concentrations per experimental arm - the main practical difference from a fixed pre-blended vial.
Reconstitution solvent is not included with this stack; bacteriostatic water is available separately. Store lyophilized material and reconstituted solutions as directed on the accompanying certificate of analysis.
